Main duties include:
The Candidate will be involved in production support work:-
- Provide application support services for users globally
- Provide application support services for end of day night
batch processing
- Candidate should be proactive to ensure that all the
production systems issues and users enquiries/requests are attended
to promptly
- Analysis of production application issues and provide
solutions to address business needs or to resolve application issues
- Procedures and system documentation
- Perform User Acceptance test with users
- Support regression testing
- Support BCP and disaster recovery testing
- Conduct user trainings, where necessary
Requirements:
- Candidates must have minimum 3 – 5 years production support
experience dealing with users directly.
- Minimum 3 years IT experience in financial industry
- Hands-on working experience with:
- AS/400, Cobol/400 and CL/400
- Unix and Shell Scripting
- Database and SQL
