We have an opening for WEB ADMINISTRATOR.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1st line support for Web services including but not limited to, the
following technologies: web proxies, firewalls, ecommerce environments,
LDAP, DNS, AD-DNS, Remote-Access, content filtering, load-balancing
solutions, NTP, PKI, certificate management, internal and external web
servers and farms. Escalate issues to 2nd line support and GSC management.
Qualifications:
College diploma
Professions certification in at least 2 of the following areas: Solaris,
HP-UX, Red Hat, or Windows
A minimum of 2 years in providing 1st line Web in a large multi site
company.
4 years in providing 1st line Web Support within an IB environment.
Knowledge of the following is highly desirable: Firewalls, Application and
Web Proxies, LDAP, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Solaris, Windows Server, DNS,
Active-Directory, TCP-IP, DHCP, F5 BigIP & Shell scripting.
Hands on experience on Incident Management tools such as HP Service Centre
and Remedy
Willingness to work shifts in 24 x 7 environments.
